This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This notice incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01 effective 13 March 2026, and the Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulations (VAAR). This solicitation is being competed as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside.
