Dit project is specifiek gericht op het contract voor de bouw van de nieuwe westboog (contract 2). De belangrijkste contractkenmerken zijn; - Het betreft een E&C contract; RWS verstrekt een DO+ welke de opdrachtnemer tot UO dient uit te werken;

- Voor de assemblage zal een werf ter beschikking worden gesteld zijnde de locatie Duivelseiland;
