Doel van deze opdracht is het organiseren en uitvoeren van route-en reisinformatiediensten om weggebruikers te informeren over hinder tijdens de werkzaamheden aan de Noordtunnel (NOT) en te informeren over alternatieve reismogelijkheden. Het gaat hierbij om het gericht bereiken van specifieke weggebruikers-doelgroepen met een boodschap ‘op maat’ middels diverse digitale kanalen en in verschillende tijdsperioden. Met reis- en routeinformatie krijgen naast de voorspelbare weggebruikers ook de minder voorspelbare en lastig te bereiken doelgroepen van buiten de regio gerichte doelgroep specifieke informatie.
