Horten kommune har behov for å anskaffe nødvendig prosessgrunnlag, lisens/patentrettigheter, software og tilhørende prosessbistand for etablering av nytt Falkensten renseanlegg basert på aerob granulær slamteknologi (AGS). Kommunen har gjennomført en teknologistudie for nytt renseanlegg. Studien viser at AGS er den teknologien som dekker kommunens behov for et fremtidsrettet, driftssikkert og miljømessig effektivt renseanlegg. Valget av AGS er begrunnet i dokumenterte fordeler knyttet til renseeffekt, energiforbruk, kjemikaliebruk, klima- og miljøfotavtrykk, arealbehov, driftskostnader og livssykluskostnader.
Eventuelle innsigelser mot inngåelsen av denne kontrakten må være oppdragsgiver i hende innen 16.09.2026 kl. 12. Rett kontaktperson er angitt i intensjonskunngjøringen.
