Foreign bidders

Suppliers to the national administration must register in the SIPRO supplier registry: they pre-register on COMPR.AR, then complete the process on the TAD remote-procedures portal, which needs an Argentine tax (AFIP) key. Decree 70/2023 repealed most articles of the Compre Argentino national-preference law (No. 27,437).
