OPEN INTERNATIONAL BIDDING The Central Water Authority is inviting bids from eligible opened to local and international bidders through the Government e-Procurement System for the Contract CWA/C2020/75-REHABILITATION AND UPGRADING OF PITON DU MILIEU TREATMENT PLANT. Joint ventures can be between local and international entities. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the e-Procurement Systemhttps://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. The reference Number on the system is CWA/IFB/C2025/2709 Bidders are requested to attend a Pre bid meeting to be held at the Planning & Development, Conference room, 1st Floor, Old Building, Central Water Authority, Head Office, St Paul, Phoenix on Monday 16 November 2026 at 10 a.m hours (Mauritian Time). Bids must be submitted online on the e-Procurement System by Monday 07 December 2026up to 13.30 hours (Mauritian Time) at latest. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids as from Monday 07December 2026 at 14.31 hours till Wednesday 09 December 2026 at 14.00 hours. (Mauritian Time) Bids will be opened online on Wednesday 09 December 2026 as from14.01 hours up to 18.00 hours (Mauritian Time)in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder.
