The Customer is seeking a Supplier(s) who has specialist expertise in workforce planning and/or strategy to facilitate a variety of foundational and specialist workforce planning modules spread across 2 programs.

Conditions for Participation

For a Potential Supplier’s Response to be eligible for consideration, in addition to the matters addressed in A.B.4.2 of the Commonwealth ATM Terms, the Potential Supplier’s Response must include:

  • A description of the proposed learning product or service.
  • Evidence of relevant experience in designing and developing comparable learning solutions.
  • Details of key personnel and their qualifications.
  • Examples of similar work undertaken for government or large organisations.
  • A proposed delivery approach and implementation methodology.
  • Information on accessibility, inclusivity and compliance with relevant standards.
  • Pricing information, including any licensing, facilitation and materials costs.
  • Referee details

Responses must:

  • Be submitted in Microsoft Word or PDF format.
  • Address all evaluation criteria in the order presented in the ATM.
  • Not exceed 60 pages, excluding appendices and not contain links.
  • Use a minimum font size of 11-point.
  • Clearly identify any information claimed to be confidential.
  • Include all schedules, declarations and response forms attached to the ATM.
  • Be written in English.
