Details

De opdracht omvat het inrichten van de kade met gezaagde granietkeien. Het plein bij de historische kraan wordt ingericht met gezaagde granietkeien en groenvakken omrand met zitranden. De Vierlinghkade wordt ingericht met elementenverharding. De uitvoering van de werkzaamheden moet worden afgestemd op de oplevering van gebouw ‘De Havenmeesters’. Daarnaast moet de bereikbaarheid van appartementengebouw D (thans reeds bewoond) en 14 grondgebonden woon-werkwoningen worden geborgd. Eén van de opdrachtspecifieke kenmerken is het aanbrengen van gezaagde granietkeien op de kade, deze werkzaamheden kunnen niet of moeilijk machinaal worden uitgevoerd.

Op een deel van de projectlocatie is een bodemverontreiniging aanwezig met olieproducten. De aannemer dient voor werkzaamheden in verontreinigde grond over de daartoe benodigde certificering te beschikken.
