The Government contemplates the sole source (Justification provided in a separate document posted with this combined synopsis.solicitation) award of a requirements type contract in accordance with FAR RFO 16.503 for Wireless Medical Telemetry Systems (WMTS) frequency coordination, registration, and allocation services. Deliveries of WMTS frequency coordination, registration, and allocation services. Deliveries of WMTS frequency coordination, registration, and allocation services will be scheduled by placing orders. The quantity will be identified in each order. The minimum quantity the Government will order is one unit; the maximum quantity for a single order is 1,771 units; and the cumulative total maximum quantity for all orders placed is 8,855 units of WMTS frequency coordination, registration, and allocation services. The purpose of amendment 0002 is to extend the solicitation through September 11, 2026, and incorporate a revised solicitation. See attached.
