Details
De gemeente Leiden vernieuwt de openbare ruimte in Gasthuiswijk – Haagweg Zuid, fase 4. De opdracht omvat de technische uitwerking van het vastgestelde definitieve ontwerp (DO) in bouwteamverband en vervolgens de realisatie van het Werk.
In de bouwteamfase wordt het DO uitgewerkt tot een uitvoeringsgereed contractdossier, waaronder een RAW-bestek, tekeningen, uitvoeringsplanning, BLVC-plan en risicodossier. Hierbij wordt de uitvoeringskennis van de aannemer benut voor onder meer maakbaarheid, fasering, bouwlogistiek, bereikbaarheid, kabels en leidingen, kosten en risico’s.
De realisatiefase omvat op hoofdlijnen de vervanging van circa 2.000 m¹ riool, herinrichting van circa 18.000 m² openbare ruimte, klimaatadaptatie, vergroening, werkzaamheden nabij een hoogspanningstracé, een ruimtereservering voor een toekomstig warmtenet en emissiearm en circulair werken. Zelfstandige ontwerpwerkzaamheden vallen buiten de opdracht.
