We will be conducting a 2 stage procurement process, seeking Registrations of Interest (ROI), followed by a closed Tender process (RFT) with Suppliers selected from the first stage. We intend to have selected a preferred Tenderer this side of Christmas, with Contract Award early 2027. We seek to provide information to the industry about this upcoming procurement activity via a Pre-Tender Supplier briefing to be held on Wednesday 5 August at 9:30am NZDT. During this Supplier Briefing, WDC will discuss the following: • Summary of Contract Scope • Procurement Programme The Supplier Briefing is intended to be brief and informative in nature. There will however be time for questions that will be responded to during the meeting where possible, or via email after the meeting. If you wish to attend this supplier briefing, please email [contact details removed] with the subject line ‘[Organisation Name] – Supplier Briefing Registration’ no later than 5pm on Monday 3 August 2026. Please advise in this email if you require a teams link for attendance. Once you have registered, please check your inbox for an email confirming the time and venue for the briefing. This supplier briefing is intended to be for parties likely to tender on the upcoming procurement activity. On this basis, WDC reserves the right to decline any responses at their sole discretion.
