The successful supplier will be responsible for the safe demolition of all specified buildings, removal and lawful disposal of all demolition materials, including asbestos-containing materials, and implementation of all required health, safety and traffic management measures. This project offers an opportunity to deliver a high-profile demolition project that will play a key role in enabling future floodwall integration and redevelopment within Whakatāne's waterfront precinct.
