Details

The objective of this procurement is to implement a fit-for-purpose, trauma informed, culturally safe wellbeing support service available to: - provide pre-engagement, on the day psychological first aid/grounding, and limited post-engagement debriefs and referrals; - reduce the risk of distress, re-traumatisation, and safety incidents; - support safe participation for diverse groups, including people with service experience in the Australian Defence Force, people with disability, Aboriginal and Torress Strait Islander peoples, culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) particpants, LGBTQIA+ participants, young people, and others with specific needs; and - integrate with engagement operations while safeguarding confidentiality, privacy, and the independence of the Defence and Veterans' Service Commission.

Conditions for Participation

The Customer will exclude from participation any Potential Supplier that does not demonstrate compliance with: - Australian Business Declaration form - Evidence of a Clincial Governance Framework - Compliance with standards as outlined at A.A2(b) of the Approach to Market (ATM) DVSC-CSE-2026-03 document

Timeframe for Delivery:

The proposed start date of the contract is from 20 November 2026. The contract will remain in force for a period of 2 years from the date the Contract is entered into. The Contract will include one extension option of one year in duration.
