Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer represents the best overall value to the Government in accordance with the evaluation information included with this solicitation. This solicitation is for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. Solicitation number 140FS126Q0195 is for HVAC maintenance at Ridgefield National Wildlife Refuge, Washington.
