Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for the W. Kerr Scott Crane Rental Solicitation No. W912PM26QA048. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in RFO Subpart 12.2 - Solicitation, Evaluation, and Award for the Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued under the authority of RFO Part 12.201 Simplified Procedures. This combined synopsis/solicitation is being issued as a small business set-aside. This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01 effective March 13, 2026. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238990 with a size standard of $19,000,000.00. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District is requesting one (1) 50-60-TON Rough Terrain, Truck-Mounted, or equivalent crane rental with operator that meets or exceeds the job requirements to support a gate fit test outlined in the Statement of Work. Price Quote and Technical Proposal: Each offeror must submit both a Price Quote and a Technical Proposal via email. See provision 52.212-2 within the solicitation.
