Prosjektet er et totalrehabiliterings- og transformasjonsprosjekt for å tilpasse og bygge om den eksisterende bygningsmassen på gamle Vidarheim til et nytt, moderne bo- og avlastningstilbud for barn og unge med utfordrende atferd.Prosjektet er et FutureBuilt-prosjekt. Dette innebærer høye ambisjoner for klimavennlig arkitektur og byutvikling, og prosjektet skal fungere som et forbilde for bærekraftige transformasjonsløsningerAnskaffelsen gjelder:* Kontrakt for prosjektutvikling (fase 1)* Opsjon på kontrakt for gjennomføring (fase 2)Kontrakt for prosjektutvikling (Fase 1) skal gjennomføres med samspill som gjennomføringsmodell, med utvikling av løsninger og pris.Kontrakt for gjennomføring (Fase 2) skal baseres på materialet partene kommer fram til i Fase 1.
