Details

Færder kommune v/ Bygg og Eiendom skal inngå rammeavtale på ventilasjons-arbeider og anlegg med varme/kjølemedier med inntil 3 stk leverandører.

Tjenestene omfatter arbeider på ventilasjonsanlegg, som feilsøking/reparasjoner og mindre utbyggingsprosjekter, påbygging og ombygging av eksisterende anlegg.

Kommunen har installert kjøl/frys-anlegg på enkelte bygg og kjøleanlegg i diverse data og ikt rom. Man må kunne yte service på disse og ev. bytte ut anlegg eller anleggsdeler dersom dette blir den mest fordelaktige løsningen.

Man må ha kjennskap til sentraldrift av anlegg for ventilasjon samt anlegg med varme/kjølemedier. Herunder programmering av PLS/Controllere. Videre å tilrettelegge for bearbeiding av nødvendige signaler til og fra vårt sentrale OSD anlegg (Citect).

I tillegg skal man kunne yte konsulentbistand for oppdragsvurderinger. Listen er ikke uttømmende.
