Het stadsdeelkantoor Scheveningen, gelegen aan de Scheveningseweg 303‑333 te Den Haag, huisvest momenteel onder meer een stadsdeelkantoor en een bibliotheek en maakt deel uit van een gemengd gebouw waarin zich vanaf de derde verdieping woningen bevinden (VvE Willemstaete). Het gebouw vervult een belangrijke publieke functie in de wijk Scheveningen, maar voldoet in zijn huidige staat niet langer aan de functionele, ruimtelijke, technische en duurzaamheidsambities van de gemeente Den Haag. De onderhavige aanbesteding heeft betrekking op de aanbesteding van de uitvoerende werkzaamheden voor de renovatie, herinrichting en verduurzaming van het stadsdeelkantoor Scheveningen.
