Met deze Europese openbare aanbesteding beoogt Ambulancezorg GGD Haaglanden één professionele en betrouwbare opdrachtnemer te contracteren voor de levering, het beheer, de reiniging en het onderhoud van ambulancekleding. Het betreft hier grotendeels kledingleveringen die via Ambulancezorg Nederland gelicenceerd dienen te zijn. De overeenkomst zal een initiële looptijd van 4 jaar hebben, met 2 opties tot verlenging van 1 jaar. De opdracht heeft als doel om op rechtmatige, doelmatige en kosteneffectieve wijze te voorzien in de beschikbaarheid en het onderhoud van ambulancekleding gedurende de gehele contractperiode. Daarbij wordt gestreefd naar een hoge mate van ontzorging van de organisatie door middel van een gebruiksvriendelijk online bestelportaal, waarmee medewerkers eenvoudig kleding kunnen bestellen, beheren en volgen. Daarnaast wil GGD Haaglanden kunnen beschikken over een realtime digitaal managementinformatiesysteem dat inzicht biedt in onder meer de voorraad, bestellingen, uitleveringen, reinigingsprocessen en verbruiksgegevens. Hiermee wordt de beheersbaarheid van de dienstverlening vergroot en worden sturings- en verantwoordingsmogelijkheden verbeterd.
