UNFPA hereby solicits a quotation for Venue in Lagos for a 2-Day Stakeholder Engagement Meeting on Strengthening the Clearance Process for UNFPA Nigeria-Bound Shipments in Lagos. The items required are related to the provision of accommodation, meeting room/hall arrangements, meals (AM and PM Teab reak and Lunch) in Lagos State

This Request for Quotation is open to all legally-constituted and operational 3-4 star level hotels in Lagos that can directly provide the requested products and have legal capacity and residential base to deliver in Lagos State Nigeria.

Objective

The objective of the RFQ is to identify a supplier who can provide UNFPA with ALL of the mentioned products and services. The selected vendor is expected to provide such products and services, based on specific Purchase Orders submitted to the vendor
