Stavanger kommune ønsker gjennom denne konkurransen å inngå en avtale om vegetasjonsrydding i kommunale friområder etter veiledning fra Stavanger kommune ved idrett og utemiljø.Konkurransen er reservert for virksomheter eller programmer som har som hovedformål å integrere funksjonshemmende eller vanskeligstilte i arbeidslivet. Dette gjelder bare når minst 30 prosent av de ansatte i virksomheten eller programmet har en funksjonshemming eller er vanskeligstilte, jf. FOA § 16-9.
