Details

Formålet med innkjøpet er å inngå kontrakt med totalentreprenør om etablering av ny varmesentral med væske/vatnvarmepumpe (R290) og brønnpark ved Strandebarm skule og Tolo varmesentral ved Tolo omsorg. Anskaffinga har ei økonomisk ramme på om lag 10 – 12 MNOK eks mva. og arbeidet har sluttfrist 31.03.2027.

Tiltaka skal gjennomførast som ein totalentreprise. Prosjektet ved Strandebarm skule har prioritet framfor prosjektet på Tolo omsorg. Det er utarbeida eigen behovsspesifikasjon for kvar av prosjekta.

Leverandøren må under utføringa av prosjektet ha god dialog med VA-avdelinga til Kvam herad, slik at det ikkje vert konflikt med eventuelle planar dei har i områda.
