Sandnes kommune inviterer til konkurranse om rehabilitering av 14 leiligheter ved Lunde bo- og aktivitetssenter.
Bygget er i to etasjer, men det er kun 1. etasje som skal rehabiliteres. Denne etasjen består av 14 stk. leiligheter, korridor, fellesrom og vaktrom som skal oppgraderes. Garderobe, bøttekott, felleslager og tekniske rom skal være slik de er, foruten at teknisk rom skal sprinkles. I 2. etasje skal det gjøres noen mindre tiltak for å fjerne avvik i brannrapport.
Kontraktsarbeidet omfatter den komplett kontraktsgjenstand, som i hovedsak består av detaljprosjektering og bygningsmessige arbeider som oppussing av innvendige overflater, nye gulvoverflater, rivning, montering, demontering, sprinkling og etablering av røykskiller.
Gjennomføringsmodell for prosjektet er byggherreutviklet totalentreprise i henhold til NS 8407, med skisse-/forprosjekt utført av ARK, RIE og RIBr. For faget RIV er det utarbeidet tekniske beskrivelser for sprinkler og sanitæranlegg, luftbehandlingsanlegg og hjelpearbeider VVS basert på NS 3420. Oppstart for prosjektet er planlagt til november 2026. Leverandør skal ha kapasitet til å ferdigstille kontraktsgjenstanden senest innen 31. mai 2027 (sluttfrist).
