NTCHISI DISTRICT COUNCIL PROCUREMENT OF WORKS-CDF Invitation for Bids (IFB) One Envelope Date of Issue: 2nd November, 2026 1. Ntchisi District Council has been allocated funds from the Government of Malawi through the Reformed Constituency Development Fund (CDF) and intends to apply part of the funds to cover the eligible payments for construction and upgrading of various infrastructure systems in Ntchisi. NSDC/CDF2/E/W/2026-27/3 -RFQ Open tender 16th Nov,26 to 23rd Nov, 26 50 Million 11 Construction of Chinthembwe and Mzandu market sheds. Bidding will be conducted through open tendering procedures under Request of Quotation Bidding (RFQ) and Request for Bids procedures as specified in the Malawi Public Procurement and Disposal of Assets Act 20 25 and Regulations of the Government of the Republic of Malawi, and are open to all Contractors/bidders from Eligible Source as defined in the Bidding Documents. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 08:00 to 12:00; 13:00 to 16:00 hour’s local time (Monday to Friday, except national public holidays). Bids must be delivered to the address in 8(a) and deposited in a box marked “IPDC Tender Box” that is placed at the Entrance to Ntchisi District Commissioner’s Offices at or before 10:30 Hours Local Time on Thursday 23rd November, 2026.
