Ntchisi District Council now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders. Bidding will be conducted through open tendering procedures under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures as specified in the Malawi Public Procurement and Disposal of Assets Act 2017 and Regulations of the Government of the Republic of Malawi, and are open to all Contractors/bidders from Eligible Source as defined in the Bidding Documents. Bids must be valid for Thirty days after bid opening and must be delivered to the address in 9(c) and deposited in a box marked “IPDC Tender Box” that is placed at the Entrance to Ntchisi District Commissioner’s Offices at or before 10.00 Hours Local Time on Monday 23rd November, 2026.
