Trondheim eiendom inviterer til åpen anbudskonkurranse for prosjektet Valentinlyst HVS - optimalingsering av brukerareal.Bakgrunnen for prosjektet er endret bruk og økt bemanning på senteret. Det ble derfor satt i gang et mulighetsstudie i 2025, for å se på optimalisering av ansattarealene for alle enhetene som er lokalisert på sentret. Behovet er mer garderobeplass og flere møte- og kontorfasiliteter.Ombyggingsprosjektet omfatter etablering av flere og større garderober i kjeller, mindre ombygginger av eksisterende kontor og møterom for å dekke dagens behov, samt sørge for at medisinrom overholder dagens krav.Omfanget på arealet er ca. 900m2.Prosjektet gjennomføres etter NS 8405.
