Details

Politiets fellestjenester (PFT) skal inngå rammeavtale med én leverandør om vakt- og sikkerhetstjenester for politiet. Avtalen omfatter blant annet resepsjonstjenester, stasjonært vakthold, vakt- og alarmsentral, følgetjeneste og mobilt vakthold, også ved økt beredskap. Leverandøren har leveringsplikt for kunder i Oslo og Akershus og for Politihøgskolen Stavern. Øvrige enheter i politiet og PST kan gjøre avrop på avtalens vilkår og priser, uten leveringsplikt for leverandøren. Avtalen avgrenses mot verditransport, leie av droppsafe og kontanthåndtering, samt installasjon og service på alarmsystemer. Avtalen gjelder i 2 år fra planlagt oppstart 09.03.2027, med opsjon på forlengelse 1 + 1 år, totalt inntil 4 år. Rammeavtalens maksimale verdi er NOK 250 000 000 ekskl. mva. Anskaffelsen gjennomføres som åpen tilbudskonkurranse etter anskaffelsesforskriften del I og II (særlige tjenester). Eneste tildelingskriterium er pris (100 %).
