De Universiteit van Amsterdam is voornemens op het Amsterdam Science Park het nieuwe gebouw LabQ te realiseren. LabQ omvat ca. 11.600 m2 bvo aan kantoor- onderwijs- en labruimten. Het werk wordt in twee percelen verdeeld:

Perceel 1: Bouwkundige werken.

Perceel 2: Technische installaties.

De gunning van de opdrachten is voorzien in april 2027. De uitvoering heeft een geplande uitvoeringsduur van ca. 18 maanden.
