Sunnhordland Innkjøpsforum, heretter kalt oppdragsgiver, har som mål å inngå avtale om levering av utstyr til vannanalyse og kjemikalier til svømmeanlegg på vegne av kommunene Bømlo, Stord, Kvinnherad, Fitjar, Tysnes, Sveio, Utsira, Haugesund, Karmøy, Tysvær, Vindafjord, Etne, Sauda og Suldal. Rammeavtalen skal sikre at svømmeanlegg til enhver tid har egnet utstyr til vannanalyse og kjemikalier for å sikre god vannkvalitet og et rent miljø i bassengene.
