General Procurement Notice

1. Funding Details

The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from/grant administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the above named project.

Additional financing information:

EBRD loan in the amount of 15,000,000 EUR supplemented by Grant funds from EU under the Ukraine Investment Framework in the amount of EUR 17,000,000. In addition TC grant in the amount of EUR 800,000.

2. Information on the Project

Project Description:

A senior loan to finance the acquisition of distributed, resilient heat and electricity generation assets to ensure continuity and sustainability of heat supply in the wake of the critical damage inflicted by Russian missile and drone attacks to the largest City's combined heat and power plant, which supplied heat to circa 30% of the City's population. Estimated Total Project Value 32,800,000.00 Currency EUR Procurement Type Goods,Consultancy Estimated Start Date of Procurement 31/08/2026.

Contracts will be subject to the Bank's Procurement Policies and Rules and are open for participation for firms from any country, unless otherwise specified in the procurement documents. Procurement under this project will be conducted using the EBRD Client E-Procurement Portal (ECEPP).
