De Opdracht bestaat uit twee afzonderlijke percelen. Perceel 1 – Herverzekering Perceel 1 betreft een uitgebreide gevarenherverzekering voor gebouwen, bedrijfsuitrusting/inventaris, overige eigendommen en goederen, rollend materieel en het wagenpark. De te sluiten herverzekeringsovereenkomst biedt dekking tot een maximale uitkering van € 50.000.000 per gebeurtenis, boven het voor VGA toepasselijke eigen behoud, overeenkomstig de bepalingen van dit Programma van Eisen.

Perceel 2 – Excessverzekering Perceel 2 betreft een via bemiddeling door VGA af te sluiten excess verzekeringsovereenkomst welke dekking biedt dekking voor schades die binnen de toepasselijke verzekeringsportefeuille van Perceel 1 vallen en het bedrag van € 50.000.000 per gebeurtenis, vermeerderd met het voor VGA toepasselijke eigen behoud, overschrijden.
