Details

Vordingborg Kommune gennemfører et kommunalt fællesprojekt om kystbeskyttelse af Præstø by efter kystbeskyttelseslovens kapitel 1 a. Projektet skal bidrage til at beskytte Præstø by mod oversvømmelse fra Præstø Fjord og mod oversvømmelser, der opstår ved sammenfald af forhøjet vandstand i fjorden og afstrømning fra Tubæk Å og oplandet. Udbuddet angår en tværfaglig totalrådgivningsaftale. Rådgiverteamet skal omfatte de nødvendige kompetencer inden for navnlig kyst- og anlægsteknik, landskabsarkitektur og byrum, landinspektørfaglige ydelser samt juridisk bistand om bidragsfordeling og vedtægter. Rådgiveren skal i tæt samarbejde med Vordingborg Kommune konkretisere idéoplægget og udarbejde det beslutnings- og ansøgningsgrundlag, der er nødvendigt for den videre myndighedsbehandling. Det samlede anlægsbudget, inkl. rådgivningsydelserne, er på baggrund af det eksisterende og på nuværende tidspunkt tilgængelige materiale estimeret til 12.721.188,03 kr. eksklusive moms.

Følgende optioner er desuden en del af udbuddet:

1. Fuld miljøkonsekvensrapport: Rådgiver skal udarbejde en fuld miljøkonsekvensrapport.

2. Udbudsprojekt: Rådgiver udarbejder komplet entrepriseudbud på det myndighedsgodkendte projekt.

3. Udførelsesprojekt: Rådgiver udarbejder koordineret detailprojektering og nødvendige beregninger/detaljer til udførelse af alle permanente anlægsdele.

4. Udførelse: Rådgiver forestår byggeledelse, fagtilsyn og projektopfølgning under udførelsen.

5. Aflevering: Rådgiver forestår byggeledelse, fagtilsyn og projektopfølgning ifm. aflevering, herunder 1-års eftersyn.
