Dette udbud vedrører levering af stresshåndteringskurser til borgere i Rudersdal kommune. Rudersdal kommune benævnes i det følgende ”Ordregiver”.

Stresshåndteringsforløbene tilbydes efter servicelovens § 82 a som en gruppebaseret forebyggende indsats, der har til formål at styrke borgernes trivsel og mestring. Indsatsen skal understøtte deltagernes ressourcer, handlekompetencer og evne til at håndtere stress-relaterede belastninger, så deres mentale sundhed, livskvalitet og funktionsniveau styrkes og fastholdes.
