Styrelsen for Danmarks Fængsler har som led i en ny digitaliseringsstrategi besluttet at igangsætte et projekt med henblik på at få scannet, opmålt og 3D-modelleret Danmarks Fængslers samlede ejendomsportefølje. Det primære formål med projektet er at få valideret Danmarks Fængslers arealer og anvendelse af disse. Derudover er formålet med, scanningen, opmålingen og modelleringen at etablere et digitalt og datadrevet fundament for fremtidig ejendomsdrift, vedligehold, planlægning og udvikling. Projektet omfatter scanning, opmåling og opbygning af 3D-modeller (Revit/IFC), som skal kunne integreres i det nyligt indkøbte FM system (Dalux FM). Ejendomsporteføljen består af bygninger fordelt over hele Danmark. Porteføljen spænder bredt og inkluderer både nyere og ældre bygninger med stor arkitektonisk og teknisk variation. Den dækker en lang række anvendelsesformål – herunder, fængsler, arrester, boliger, tekniske anlæg og administration.
