Helsingør Kraftvarmeværk A/S (herefter benævnt ”ordregiver”) udbyder en tjenesteydelseskontrakt om konsulentydelser relateret til indkøb af biomasse fra biomasseleverandører. Ordregivers kraftværk er primært flisfyret. Kontrakten omhandler ikke-udtømmende facilitering og udførelse af følgende ydelser i overskrifter: 1) Forhandling af priser og vilkår med biomasseleverandører, inklusive due diligence, 2) Håndtering af og bistand til indgåelse af leje- og transportkontrakter samt øvrige relevante ydelser, 3) Håndtering af og bistand til indsamling og rapportering af bæredygtighedsdata i henhold til national lovgivning og 4) Rådgivning i forhold til markedsudvikling og porteføljeoptimering.
