Dette udbud gennemføres af Tårnby Kommune og vedrører indgåelse af aftale om energimærkning af forventeligt 177 af Tårnby Kommunes bygninger med et samlet areal på ca. 270.000 m² i perioden 2027-2031. Opgaven omfatter teknisk gennemgang af bygningerne, udarbejdelse og indberetning af energimærker samt identificering og beregning af relevante energibesparelsesforslag. Udbuddet er opdelt i to delaftaler: • Delaftale 1: Energimærkning af ca. halvdelen af de kommunale bygninger, der skal energimærkes i kontraktperioden, fordelt på store, mellemstore og mindre bygninger, jf. Bilag 3 – Bygningsliste og tidsplan, delaftale 1. Energimærkningerne er fordelt ud på hvert af kontraktperiodens år og skal udarbejdes inden udløbet af det angivne år. • Delaftale 2: Energimærkning af den resterende halvdel af bygningerne med en tilsvarende fordeling, jf. Bilag 4 – Bygningsliste og tidsplan, delaftale 2. Energimærkningerne er fordelt ud på hvert af kontraktperiodens år og skal udarbejdes inden udløbet af det angivne år.
