Details

Ringsted Kommunes byråd har besluttet, at Hal A i Ringsted Sportscenter skal genopbygges. Hal A blev i december 2025 lukket som følge af risiko for delvis nedstyrtning af lofts- og tagkonstruktionen. Forud for nedlukningen var Hal A Ringsted Sportscenters opvisningshal med en kapacitet på ca. 1.000 tilskuerpladser, og primært anvendt til foreningsaktiviteter som håndbold, floorball og elitehåndbold, større stævner, opvisninger og arrangementer.

Med ønsket om at genopbygge Hal A udbyder Ringsted Kommune ”Kontrakt om totalrådgivning vedr. genopbygning af Hal i Ringsted Sportscenter”. Nærværende udbudsbetingelser indeholder betingelser og vejledning for at ansøge om prækvalifikation på ovennævnte opgave samt betingelser og vejledning for de prækvalificerede til at give tilbud på opgaven. Kontrakten omfatter teknisk rådgivning og bistand udført som totalrådgivning. Totalrådgiveren skal i henhold til kontrakten overordnet udføre følgende:

a. Rådgivning i forbindelse med at kvalificere bygherrens projektmateriale, færdigprogrammere og restprojektere projektforslaget i nødvendigt omfang, myndighedsprojekt, udbudsprojekt og udførelsesprojekt. b. Rådgivning i forbindelse med projekteringsledelse, herunder IKT-ledelse. c. Rådgivning i forbindelse med byggeledelse, fagtilsyn og projektopfølgning under udførelsen og aflevering, herunder 1-års eftersyn. d. Arbejdsmiljøkoordinering under projektering og udførelse. e. Bistand i forbindelse med gennemførelse af licitation efter tilbudsloven.
