Details

Udbud af hovedentreprisekontrakt vedrørende renovering af BoVendias afdeling 8 beliggende Karolinesvej, Lonesvej og Mettesvej i Hjørring. Afdelingen består i dag af 224 familieboliger, som er bygget i perioden 1973-1980. Afdelingen består af etagehuse med altangang, rækkehuse og kædehuse. Renoveringsprojektet udføres i 4 etaper. Efter renoveringen vil afdelingen bestå af 215 familieboliger og 5 ungdomsboliger, heraf 90 tilgængelighedsboliger. Der henvises til det samlede udbudsmateriale på RIB, hvor også rettelsesblade og tilrettede dokumenter er tilgængelige. Det samlede udbudsmateriale fremgår af udbudsbetingelserne. Det vurderes, at udbudsformen udbud med forhandling kan anvendes iht. reglerne herfor, dette blandt andet på grund af projektets samspil mellem arbejdernes udførelse, beboerhåndtering, adgangsveje mv., hvor der er behov for forudgående forhandlinger, sådan processen tilpasses projektet.
