Details

Gemeente Hardenberg heeft bij de regionale inkoop van specialistische jeugdhulp in 2022 besloten niet deel te nemen aan de percelen 1 tot en met 7 en 9 (ambulant individueel, ambulant groep en ernstige dyslexie). De gemeente wenst toe te treden per 1 januari 2027 als deelnemende gemeente voor de percelen 1 tot en met 7 binnen de Raamovereenkomst Specialistische Jeugdhulp. De toetreding wordt vastgelegd via een aanvulling op de bestaande Raamovereenkomst.

Daarnaast wordt perceel 3 opgesplitst in perceel 3a en perceel 3b. Voor perceel 3a gelden dezelfde voorwaarden en tarieven als voorheen golden voor perceel 3. Voor perceel 3b gelden aanvullende criteria waaraan een inschrijver dient te voldoen en zijn andere tarieven vastgesteld. Op basis van het onafhankelijk tarievenonderzoek zijn de tarief verhogende factoren personele kosten en overhead voor perceel 3b overgenomen.
