Description succincte du marché : Le présent accord-cadre à bons de commande concerne les travaux d'entretien et d'amélioration des équipements de Serrurerie Métallerie de ces sites. L'exécution des prestations débute à compter de la date de notification du contrat. La période initiale de l'accord-cadre est de 1 an reconductible tacitement 3 fois 1 an. Une retenue de garantie par bon de commande et pour un montant de commande minimum est prévue au contrat. Elle peut être remplacée par une garantie à première demande. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Les prix sont révisables annuellement.
