Le présent marché a pour objet de permettre à la Métropole de disposer de moyens de paiement pour la distribution des aides financières individuelles d'urgence (FAJU) et services associés. Les aides devront pouvoir être attribuées sous forme de cartes prépayées virtuelles ou physiques. Les aides attribuées peuvent couvrir différents types de dépenses prédéfinies (alimentaire, hébergement, transports, santé, etc.) selon le règlement en vigueur. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent la totalité des périodes de reconduction. La Métropole signera avec le titulaire du contrat une convention de mandat conformément au cahier des charges. Toute date de démarrage d'exécution indiquée dans le présent avis est indicative
