Transport og behandling av restavfall fra husholdningsrenovasjonen som hentes fra oppdragsgivers omlastingsanlegg i Tønsberg, og fra Larvik kommune. I tillegg brennbart reject fra Den Magiske Fabrikken i Tønsberg. Forbehold / opsjon om at inntil ca. 10.000 tonn/år husholdningsavfall trekkes ut av kontrakten.Ca. 17.000 tonn/år restavfall fra Vesar, husholdning, ca. 4.500 tonn/år restavfall fra Larvik, og ca. 10.000 tonn brennbart rejekt.Kontrakten har en varighet på 2 år, med mulighet for forlengelse på 1 + 1 år, første året som ensidig opsjon for oppdragsgiver og andre året dersom begge parter er enige om dette.
