Oppdraget omfatter bygging av ny barnehage på Nesset i Frøya kommune. Barnehagen skal erstatte dagens barnehageanlegg.Den nye barnehagen består av 4 avdelinger (2 småbarns- og 2 storbarnsavdelinger).Totalentreprisen inkluderer utomhus områder, plasser og veger.Barnehagens areal er ihht arealprogram utarbeidet av Selberg Arkitekter BTA 1198m2.Dagens anlegg blir revet og skal ivaretas av totalentreprenøren. Oppgradering av Nessaveien fra barnehagekrysset til fv. 714 (kjøreveg, fortau og kryss mot fv. 714) inngår i totalentreprisen (ca 200m).Prosjektering og utførelse skal ivaretas av totalentreprenøren.
