Formål

Elverum kommune har til hensikt å inngå kontrakt om en totalentreprise for nytt tilbygg ved Vestad skole. Anskaffelsen skal dekke fremtidig behov for klasserom, grupperom og spesialrom for 2 parallell skole fra høsten 2027.

Leverandøren skal videreutvikle prosjektet sammen med Elverum kommune, prosjektere og utføre. Man skal i fellesskap utarbeide et detaljprosjekt, som er tilstrekkelig detaljert slik at arbeidsplaner kan produseres.

Totalleverandøren skal være ansvarlig foretak for alle relevante fagområder overfor bygningsmyndighetene. Spesielt nevnes ansvarlig søker, komplett prosjektering og utførelse. Byggherren vil sørge for nødvendig uavhengig kontroll ved behov.
