Det skal inngås bygge- og anleggskontrakt for ombygging av deler Christies gate 12 (Bjørn Christiansens hus), som benyttes av Det psykologiske fakultet ved Universitet i Bergen. Fløy A ble totalrehabilitert og ferdigstilt i 2023. Gjennom denne anskaffelsen skal fløy B og C rehabiliteres.

For oppdraget skal det inngås kontrakt med én leverandør. Prosjektet skal gjennomføres som en totalentreprise med basis i NS 8407.
