Kontrakten omfatter prosjektering og installasjon av heldekkende automatisk slokkeanlegg i Schwensens gate 9.

Prosjektet skal gjennomføres som totalentreprise i henhold til NS 8407:2011 og omfatter komplett levering av slokkeanlegg med nødvendige tekniske og bygningsmessige arbeider. Dette inkluderer blant annet etablering av teknisk rom, nødvendige arbeider knyttet til vannforsyning, elektro- og brannalarmanlegg, branntekniske tiltak, samt hulltaking, branntetting og øvrige hjelpearbeider som er nødvendige for en komplett og funksjonell leveranse.
