Formål

Rendalen kommune har til hensikt å inngå kontrakt med totalentreprenør for å etablere en ny pumpestasjon ved Kvarsevja som skal erstatte eksisterende anlegg for håndtering av vannføring i sideelven (Kvarsevja) ved høy vannstand i hovedvassdraget (Nordre Renaelva).

Leverandøren skal bruke sin fagkunnskap og kompetanse for å bidra til at kontraktens formål blir ivaretatt.

Omfang

Totalentreprenøren skall levere en ny pumpestasjon som skal erstatte eksisterende anlegg. Den nye pumpestasjonen skal etableres som et separat anlegg med nye pumper, nytt pumpehus, tilhørende røranlegg, elektro- og automasjonsanlegg samt nødvendige bygningsmessige og utvendige arbeider.

Eksisterende pumpestasjon er krevende å drifte og gir utfordringer knyttet til drift, vedlikehold og HMS. Byggherren legger derfor stor vekt på robuste løsninger som gir enkel drift, godt arbeidsmiljø og høy driftssikkerhet.

Eksisterende pumpestasjon skal holdes operativ gjennom anleggsfasen fram til den nye pumpestasjonen er satt i drift. Etter idriftsettelse av ny pumpestasjon skal deler av eksisterende anlegg saneres, mens ett eksisterende rørløp skal rehabiliteres og videre benyttes som lavvannsrør.
