Objeto: PETRÓLEOS DEL PERÚ – PETROPERÚ S.A., en adelante PETROPERÚ, requiere adquirir el BIEN de tolueno para la Unidad Laboratorio Conchán.

Descripción: Según APÉNDICE N°01.

Plazo: Los bienes serán entregados de forma total máximo a los diez (10) días calendario después de notificada la Orden de Compra. • En caso PETROPERÚ S.A. por necesidad operativa, requiera entregas parciales, notificará al PROVEEDOR a fin de que proceda con su atención, previas coordinaciones. En este último caso procederán facturaciones parciales por estas entregas • PETROPERÚ podrá reducir el tiempo de entrega, previa coordinación con el PROVEEDOR. • La conformidad de la entrega no invalida reclamos posteriores por defectos o vicios ocultos no detectados durante la recepción del bien. • El plazo de reposición por el bien defectuoso o que é ste no cumpla con las condiciones inicialmente establecidas, no será mayor de quince (15) días calendario, luego de recibida por el PROVEEDOR la solicitud de cambio por parte de PETROPERÚ. Lugar: Lugar de entrega y horario: a) Almacenes de Refinería Conchán (Antigua Panamericana Sur Km. 26.5 – Lurín). b) Horario de Atención: lunes a viernes de 7:00 a 11:30 y de 14:00 a 16:00 horas). c) Una vez efectuada la entrega física del material, el P ROVEEDOR deberá coordinar con Receptoría de Carga, para la emisión del Acta de Conformidad del bien.
