Objeto: PETRÓLEOS DEL PERÚ - PETROPERÚ S.A., en adelante PETROPERÚ, requiere adquirir gases industriales para Operaciones Selva, con la finalidad de reponer inventarios de existencias (stock).

Ítems: ÍTEM(S) PAQUETE: Uno (1).

Descripción: Según APÉNDICE N° 1.

Plazo: 2.2.1. La Orden de Compra es abierta y tendrá una duración de trescientos sesenta y cinco (365) días calendario contabilizado a partir del día siguiente de emitida la Orden de Compra o hasta completar el monto contractual. Lugar: Av. La Marina N° 178, ciudad Iquitos; distrito Iquitos, provincia Maynas, departamento Loreto. - Horario: De lunes a viernes de 8:00 a 12:00 horas y de 13:00 a 16:00 horas. - Una vez efectuada la entrega física de los bienes, el PROVEEDOR deberá coordinar con el Administrador de la Orden de Compra, para la emisión de la Conformidad Administrativa (por cada entrega parcial) y el Acta de Conformidad (para la entrega final).
