Bakgrunn og formål

Færder kommune planlegger å separere det gamle AF-systemet til spillvann og overvann samt legge nye vannledninger i Tjøme sentrum, etappe 3. Arbeidet vil inkludere gravearbeid, fjellboring og strømperenovering.

Kontraktsarbeidet er delt inn i to faser; en samhandlingsfase først og deretter utførelsesfase.

Denne entreprisen omfatter alle arbeider med nytt VA- anlegg som vist på vedlagte tegninger, samt reetablering av berørte veger. Det skal være kontinuerlig drift på eksisterende ledningsanlegg alle dager gjennom hele anleggsperioden.

Ledningstrasé og kumplassering fremgår av planene som er utarbeidet. Det er antatt at grøftene vil bestå av både løsmassegrøfter og fjellgrøfter. Grøftedybde varierer fra 2,0 til 3,0 meter, med spesifikke steder inntil 5,5 meter.

Arbeidene omfatter i hovedsak:

ca. 2170 m komplette hovedgrøfter med varierende bredde og høyde

levering/legging av ca. 1730 m overvannsledninger

levering/legging av ca. 1750 m selvfallsledning spillvann

levering/legging av ca. 2170 m vannledninger

bergboring for overvann av ca. 95 m

strømperenovering av ca. 480 m

28 stk. komplette spillvannskummer

27 stk. komplette overvannskummer

23 stk. komplette vannkummer

reetablering av veger

tilrettelegging av plass for mellomlager

Arbeidet utføres som en generalentreprise/hovedentreprise.

Byggblankett 8405 A «Formular for kontrakt om utførelse av bygge- og anleggsarbeider» skal benyttes.
